As creative director of Falls Communications, Ms. Lesko was instrumental in developing Cleveland Public Library's annual report concepts, interactive design, project management and implementation.

| Interactive Annual Reports | Cleveland Public Library (CPL) developed a vision and mission to be “…the driving force behind a powerful culture of learning that will inspire Clevelanders from all walks of life to continually learn, share and seek out new knowledge…” under the direction of director, Felton Thomas, Jr. The Library implemented a strategic plan to strengthen their position as the center of learning for a diverse and inclusive community, and to reach out beyond the border of books. Their goal was to be instrumental in providing technologies and innovations to the community and to successfully maintain value and relevancy in the world today. It was an honor to help communicate the Library’s forward-thinking vision to the public at large—from its inception and four years to follow—through their online annual reports.
